My Yorkie Heaven

I'm in Yorkie Heaven. She is the love of my life next to her Daddy, who by the way gave her to me. I have recently began cutting her hair like a Schnauzer and find it is much cooler, easier to keep and adorable on her.

She doesn't need a reason to play, her toys are all over the house and she especially likes the ones that make noise. Unfortunately she has learned that is how to get us up out of bed sometimes earlier than we prefer. Though she does not sleep with us she has stairs everywhere and the ones at the end of the bed are frequented by her when she wants us up.

After a short day at work I love coming home to her. Unlike the average dutiful pet, she is normally sleeping somewhere instead of greeting me at the door. I have to find her first then give her puppy hugs and kisses, then she stretches, finally gets up and is ready to be loved and to play. She is totally independent and fine if left home or anywhere I take her. She loves to travel, has her own car seat and will not get out of it til the engine stops.

After the loss of my daughter in 2000, my husband giving me this little peace of heaven is God sent to me. Her name is ChazLeighAnn. She is Chaz, my daughters middle name was Leigh and my middle name Ann.
